There is a lot of information of this website, however here are some of the common questions we get asked.  We hope it helps you. 

What time is check-in?   Check-in is between 1pm & 6pm.  Check-out is by 11am

Can we have supermarket deliveries?  Sorry but no, we have had a couple of cases where the van has got stuck and it causes disruption to other campers.  Our insurers have also expressed concern.

Can I bring a tent/caravan/motorhome/awning etc? You can bring what you like.  Note we don't have any tents already set up, that's your job (although we have been known to help if you get in a mess setting it up).

Can I bring my Dog ?-   Yes, but must not stray onto  other peoples pitches and should be tethered at all times. There are lots of places to walk dogs.  Link to Dogs' Page

How much would you charge for a pitch with an electric hook up for one lead? Electric is £5.50 per night and camping appliances should be used, not domestic appliances.

If we wanted to extend our stay would we be able to? Yes, as long as we have availability, though if on electric in August, this can sometimes be tricky

Are deposits refundable?    -  No but we can offer a credit note if enough notice has been given or try to be flexible on rearranging your dates.

Are your showers communal and do they have access to a plug for a hairdryer or phone charger?  Showers are not communal and we have plugs for hairdryers/straighteners.

Can I charge my phone?  Phones/ cameras/laptops/games etc are charged indoors at 50p per item. Please use shop hours for this  3-6pm  All proceeds go to the North Devon Hospice

How much do you charge for hire of your fire brazier? £5 per night plus £7.50 for firewood.

Can I bring my own barbecue? Yes but grass must not be burnt as the fields are grazing fields for sheep

Is the beach walkable/close to you? Yes about 15/20 mins  Local Beaches

Are there any other facilities on site? i.e. sink for washing up/tap for water/bins Yes to all

Do you hire out or have any wind breakers? No

Is the beach sandy + safe for children  ?  Yes reasonably at low tide though no lifeguards.

Can you surf on the beach ?  Yes you do get surfers there

Is there a mobile phone signal ?  Vodafone and Orange are the best but not sure about others. 02 is better inland.

Is there a pub near by ?  Yes at Hartland Quay [ the beach ]

What time does it stop serving food ? 8.30pm

Should I rely totally on my satnav to find you?  Your Satnav will bring you to Stoke Church.  Simply follow the road around to the left and we are straight in front of you.  Pull up at the farmhouse and check-in at reception.
