Walking the coastal path

Lots of people stay with us whilst walking the coastal path and stay for perhaps just one or two nights.  It's worth noting that places to eat are few and far between along the North Devon coastline and that you can't just expect to arrive and pitch up your tent and phone for a takeaway or a pizza delivery service!  This is not London and you will not find 24 hour delivery services here.  There is a chip shop in Hartland and it does deliveries on a few nights a week or you can walk into Hartland (about 2.5 miles). The coastal past between Clovelly and Hartland finishes at the top of the cliff at Hartland Quay and it would be advisable to go to the pub at Hartland Quay for a meal before climbing back up the cliff road to the campsite in Stoke.
